The body adapt to the situation all in feeling a sense of helplessness, of humiliation and of anger.”
Subsequently, if bullying sets in and grows stronger so much so that the victim seems trapped, without knowing how to react, a depressive state can settle. “We notice at this stage a deep sadnessa gloomy mooda loss of self-esteem and interest in what, until now, motivated her or gave her pleasure”, indicates the psychotherapist.
At this stage, suicide risk is important since the victim is dehumanized and instrumentalized to the point of not no longer able to defend themselves.
Otherwise, the body retains trauma. In this case, if the evil is not detected, nor supported, the repercussions can be serious. “The post-traumatic stress settles with as consequences, several psychosomatic disorders and whose gravity continues to grow if nothing is done, warns Geneviève Krebs. The victim may face severe weight loss or a significant weight gaineating disorders and digestiveof the thyroid problemshigh blood pressure, discomfortof the dizziness or cancer.”
