- Write down ten things you are grateful for each day.

- Drink water daily, the equivalent of half your weight in ounces (1 ounce = 30 ml), or about 2 liters of water per day.
The American influencer explains that practicing these five simple daily habits has given her a boost in her journey to a healthier life and she has undergone a complete transformation.
“Improving your life doesn’t have to be about making drastic or frightening changes overnight. It’s about staying where you are and starting to make small changes over time that then become constant.
